A Historic Icon
2 Park Place, also known as the Woolworth Building, is an iconic New York City landmark superbly positioned in the heart of Tribeca across the street from City Hall. Unprecedented in size and elegance when it was first built in 1913, this graceful tower remains a jewel in the downtown Manhattan skyline.

The top thirty floors have been masterfully transformed by famed French architect Thierry W. Despont into The Woolworth Tower Residences: a limited collection of thirty-two luxury condominium residences at the top of one of New York City’s favorite landmarks.

Top-of-the-World View
When it initially opened in 1913, President Woodrow Wilson was the first to turn the lights on, ensuring its historical place amongst New York City’s famous skyscrapers. Back then, The Woolworth Building had the fastest elevators in the world.
